血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的效果观察

目的观察血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的临床效果。方法选取我中心维持性血液透析患者有皮肤瘙痒症状者30例，采取血液透析联合血液灌流治疗，每周1次。检测治疗前、中、后甲状旁腺激素、血B2微球蛋白，并观察患者皮肤瘙痒改善情况。结果血液透析联合血液灌流治疗10周后，30例患者甲状旁腺激素，血B2微球蛋白较前清除显著增加（P〈0．05）；患者皮肤瘙痒症状缓解有效率100％。结论血液透析联合血液灌流能有效缓解尿毒症皮肤瘙痒症状，且设备要求较低，适于临床开展。

Observation and Care for the Effect ofhemoperfusion Combined with Hemodialysis in Uremic Pruritus.

Objective To observe the effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in uremic pruritus. Methods Thirty patients with uremic pruritus were selected from maintenance hemodialysis patients, with intense therapy of hemoperfusion （once a week） combined with hemodialysis. PTH and 32 microglobin before, during and after hemodislysis section have been tested, together with the observation of the improvement of pruritus. Results After hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis for 10 weeks, the clearance of PTH and 32 microglobin has significant increased （P 〈 0. 05 ） in these 30 patients. Response rate for pruritus is 100%. Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis is effective for uremic pruritus. Low requirement for equipment allows it suitable for clinical conduction.
