| 摘 要： | 目的:提高盘内三氧盘外胶原酶联合溶盘术护理质量。方法:观察VAS评分,心理护理椎管注射护理,并发症治疗。结果:疗效明显提高,优良率达95.2%,未见严重并发症。结论:加强护理,疗效提高并发症减少。

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve the nursing quality of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated with O3 for disc-inside and the collagenase dissolved operation on disc-outside.Methods: The VAS score,psychosocial care and spinal injection of care,and the treatment of complications.Results: The efficacy markedly was improved,the excellent rate was 95.2%,no severe complications were found.Conclusion: If the nursing is enhanced,the effects will increase and complications will be reduced. |
