| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨循证护理在预防血液透析中低血压的应用。方法:将24例血液透析患者随机分成两组,观察组12例,运用循证护理方法进行分析、提出问题、查阅文献,并进行评估,制订出护理策略;对照组12例,采用常规的护理方法。结果:观察组低血压发生率低于对照组,统计检验表明两者有显著性差异(P<0.0.5)。结论:通过动态监测的护理方式,以循证思维为基础的护理实践,达到了最佳的护理效果。
