护理干预对老年高血压患者治疗依从性的影响

目的:探讨护理干预对老年高血压患者治疗依从性的影响。方法:对我院2010年4~12月73例老年高血压患者进行护理干预并对干预前后治疗依从性进行比较,同时观察血压控制情况。结果:护理干预后,患者对配合治疗、按时服药控制血压、心理平和、血压监测、适当运动、合理膳食和戒烟戒酒,与干预前相比差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01),体重减轻(P<0.01),血压控制良好(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:通过有效的护理干预措施,可以有效的控制患者血压,提高效率,改善预后。

Effect of nursing intervention on in elderly patients with hypertension compliance.

Objective： Discussion the influence of nursing intervention on treatment compliance in senile patients with hypertension.Methods： In our hospital from April 2010 to December 2010 73 elderly hypertensive patients,the nursing intervention and treatment compliance before and after intervention were compared,while observing the situation of blood pressure control.Results： The patients with treatment,time and blood pressure control medication,blood pressure monitoring,adequate exercise,reasonable diet and discontinue the habit of smoking and drinking after nursing intervention had,significantly different than before intervention（P0.05,P0.01）.The weight and blood pressure control were satisfactory after intervention（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusions： Through effective nursing interventions can be effective in controlling blood pressure,increase efficiency,improve the prognosis.
