冠状动脉左主干病变介入治疗的护理

目的:探讨冠状动脉左主干病变行介入治疗术中的护理要点,从而保证手术顺利进行,减少术中和术后并发症的发生。方法:选取我科收治的70例确诊为冠状动脉左主干病变的患者,对患者术前及术后分别采取有针对性的护理措施,观察手术效果。结果:本组70例患者中,2例(2.86%)死亡,3例(4.29%)患者发生出血现象,经停用抗凝剂后,症状消失,无不良后果。术后半年回访,3例(4.29%)患者再次住院。结论:通过对冠状动脉左主干病变介入治疗患者围手术期采取精心全面护理,可降低手术风险,减少手术并发症的发生,提高手术成功率。

Nursing of intervention treatment lmca disease of coronary artery.

Objective： To study the coronary artery lmca disease did the nursing intervention operation,thus ensuring the surgery key smoothly,decrease operative complications.Methods： Methods： Selected 70 cases were diagnosed coronary artery lmca disease patients,patients respectively for the preoperative and postoperative nursing measures take pertinent,observe operation effect.Results： There were 2 cases（2.86%） death,3 cases（4.29%） patients,the phenomenon of hemorrhage occurs after discontinuation anticoagulants symptoms disappeared,no harmful consequences,postoperative half year return,3 cases（4.29%） patients hospitalized again.Conclusion： Through to coronary artery percutaneous treatment of lmca disease patients perioperative take careful comprehensive care could reduce surgical risk and surgical complications and improve the success rate.
