| 摘 要： | 目的:观察桃红四物汤对大鼠随意皮瓣成活的影响。方法:将40只SD大鼠背部制成8 cm×3 cm随意皮瓣,随机分为实验组和对照组各20只,分别予桃红四物汤及生理盐水灌服,于术后第3天、第7天两时相点,进行随意皮瓣成活率、吻合区新生微血管数量及血清VEGF含量的检测。结果:实验组在两时相点随意皮瓣成活率、吻合区新生血管数量及血清VEGF含量均较对照组明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:桃红四物汤能明显促进大鼠随意皮瓣的成活,提高皮瓣下新生微血管数量,并促进大鼠VEGF的表达。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the pink rats to four things soup at survival of skin flap influence.Methods: 40 SD rats made 8 cm x back at 3 cm flap,the experimental group and the control group were randomly divided into the 20 only to four things respectively,pink soup and physiological saline,filling in the third day after service,7 day two phase to point at will,flap survival rate,with new area number and serum VEGF microvascular content detect.Results: the phase to point at will in two flap survival rate,with new blood vessels and the area number content than control group VEGF obviously improved(P<0.01).Conclusion: pink four things can obviously promote the soup rats survival,improve skin flap at the capillaries,new flap number and promote the expression of VEGF rats. |
