梅毒三种检测方法的比较

目的比较三种梅毒血清学实验方法的准确性及在临床诊断中的应用价值。方法应用甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)、梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验(TPPA)、酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测228例血清样本。结果 TRUST、TPPA、ELISA的敏感性分别为85.83%、98.33%、99.17%;特异性为95.37%、99.07%、98.15%。其他两种方法与敏感性、特异性均较好的TPPA比较,TRUST的敏感性和特异性较低,差异具有有统计学意义(P<0.05);ELISA的敏感性和特异性和TPPA比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。ELISA与TRUST敏感性比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),ELISA与TRUST特异性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TPPA和ELISA敏感性高、特异性强,是目前用于检测梅毒抗体的首选方法。
