| 摘 要： | 目的通过尿干化学法检测尿白细胞(WBC)与人工显微镜检查作比较,分析导致干化学法检测假阴性及假阳性的原因。方法收集1 036例患者新鲜尿液,分别用干化学法检测及人工显微镜检查,对其中WBC结果进行分析。结果以人工显微镜检查作为确证标准,干化学检测尿WBC的假阴性率为9.36%,假阳性率为5.41%。结论干化学法检测尿WBC简便快速,但有相当高的假阳性率和假阴性率,进行尿液分析时应按标准化的要求进行外观、理学、化学及显微镜检查。
