| 摘 要： | 目的监测临床分离的肠球菌对常用抗菌药物的敏感性,为临床治疗肠球菌感染提供依据。方法常规方法进行菌株分离,应用API strep手工鉴定条进行菌株鉴定,药物敏感试验采用纸片扩散法。结果 2008～2010年分离到常见肠球菌283株,其中尿液57.6%(163株)、分泌物35.0%(99株)、血液4.6%(13株)、胆汁1.1%(3株)、其他标本1.8%(5株);屎肠球菌对青霉素类、万古霉素、替考拉宁、呋喃妥因和喹诺酮类的耐药率明显高于粪肠球菌;而对氯霉素、四环素的耐药性略低于粪肠球菌。结论 肠球菌多重耐药严重,治疗肠球菌感染应针对菌种及耐药特性选择抗生素。
