54例新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的治疗与护理体会

目的:观察护理干预对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病治疗效果的影响,探讨可促进患儿康复的有效护理措施。方法:回顾性分析2008年1月~2010年8月我院收治的54例缺血缺氧性脑病患儿的临床治疗和护理资料,分别从基础护理、体温维持、合理给氧、喂养方式、体液疗法、高压氧护理、并发症及康复护理等方面进行经验总结。结果:(1)经过综合治疗和精心护理,44例痊愈(占81.48%),6例好转(占11.11%),3例自动出院(5.56%),1例死亡(1.85%)。(2)治疗后患儿神经评分法(NBNA)评分为(39.68±1.18)分,显著高于治疗前(24.71±1.62)分,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:积极的护理干预可有效促进患儿康复和神经系统功能的恢复,降低死亡率、致残率,提高患儿生存质量。

Treatment and nursing of 54 newborns with hypoxieischemic encephalopathy.

Objective： To investigate the curative effects of early nurse intervention in newborns with hypoxieischemic encephalopathy（HIE） and explore the effective nursing measures to promote the recovery of patients with HIE.Methods： From January 2008 to December 2010,retrospective study was done on 54 cases with HIE,and the experience was summarized from basic nursing,maintaining temperature,oxygen supply,feeding,fluid replacement,hyperbaric therapy,nursing of complications and rehabilitation.Results：（1）By complex treatment and careful nursing,44 cases（81.48%） were cured,6 cases（11.11%） improved,3 cases（5.56%） discharged from hospital,and 1 case（1.85%） dead.（2）The NBNA score after treatment（39.68±1.18） was significantly higher than that before treatment（24.71±1.62）,and there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.01） Conclusion： For the neonates with HIE,nursing intervention could help rehabilitation of patients and promote nervous system repair,reduce mortality and disability,which improves the life quality of patients.
