| 摘 要： | 目的 观察加减逍遥散治疗肝郁脾虚证慢性乙型肝炎临床疗效.方法 临床以60例肝郁脾虚证慢性乙型肝炎患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组各30例.观察患者治疗12周后的临床证候、生化指标、免疫学指标、病原学指标等的改善情况.结果 治疗12周时试验组总有效率83.33%,对照组为66.67%,试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05).试验组在改善中医证候、生化指标、免疫指标、HBV-DNA转阴率等方面明显优于对照组,二者有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论 逍遥散加减方可有效改善中医证候、调节细胞免疫、恢复肝功能、提高抗病毒的应答率.
