| 摘 要： | 目的通过对到中山大学附属博济医院就(下称本院)诊患者人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染情况的了解,加深对HIV感染的认识。方法对2008年3月至2010年12月在本院门诊、住院的30 934例患者的血清标本采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)及胶体硒法试纸条初筛HIV抗体,两种方法任一结果阳性者的血清标本再送往广东省疾病预防控制中心(CDC)进行确认。结果在30 934例患者血清中初筛结果阳性25例(2008年5例,2009年6例,2010年14例),阳性率0.081%;由CDC确认阳性23例,符合率92%。感染者均以青壮年为主,其中男性感染者19例(2008年3例,2009年5例,2010年11例),所占比例逐年增加;女性感染者4例(2008年2例,2009年1例,2010年1例),无明显规律。结论艾滋病的感染率有呈逐年上升的趋势,应加大对HIV感染宣传和控制力度,尤其是医务人员更需加强对HIV感染的认识及自我防护。 |
