| 摘 要： | 目的探讨先天性隐匿阴茎术后常见不适与并发症的预防及护理。方法回顾性分析本院2007年5月至2010年10月112例小儿先天性隐匿阴茎,采用经阴茎腹侧松解固定成形术治疗的临床资料。结果术后随访6个月～3年,效果满意。结论 术前做好宣教、心理护理、镇痛、早期预防出血、水肿、感染,保持导尿管通畅,能减少术后不适及并发症,对隐匿阴茎患者的康复有着极其重要的意义。
