| 摘 要： | 目的探讨尿微量清蛋白(mAlb)检测在社区糖尿病患者糖尿病肾病发生早期监控中的价值。方法用散射比浊法检测本社区糖尿病监控网络内患者和健康对照人群的尿mAlb,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果糖尿病患者尿mAlb检测阳性率明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。糖尿病患者尿mAlb阳性率与病程有关,与性别无关。结论尿mAlb检测对糖尿病肾病早期诊断有非常重要的临床参考价值,可作为糖尿病肾病的早期诊断指标在社区基层医院中广泛开展。
