| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨康复护理对桡骨远端骨折伴腕关节不稳定病人遵医行为及病人满意度的影响。方法:干预组给予外固术后患肢护理、皮肤护理、指导有效的功能锻炼、健康教育等护理措施。对照组给予常规护理。结果:干预组病人遵医行为、满意度明显高于对照组,且干预组未发生一例并发症。结论:对桡骨远端骨折伴腕关节不稳定病人采取康复护理措施后,提高了病人满意度。
