妇科恶性肿瘤患者手术前后凝血功能变化

目的探讨手术前后妇科恶性肿瘤患者凝血功能的变化。方法选择60例妇科肿瘤手术患者为研究组,分为恶性肿瘤组与良性肿瘤组,另选择30例健康体检者作为对照组。分别检测对照组以及良恶性肿瘤患者于术前和术后1 h、24 h、3 d、7 d采血检测血管性假性血友病因子、血小板P选择素、凝血酶-抗凝血酶复合物等。观察肿瘤患者手术前后凝血相关指标的变化。结果恶性肿瘤组术前凝血系统分子水平与对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。术后1 h和24 h vWF、GMP-140、TAT均明显升高,术后3 d各指标逐渐下降。在术前及术后1 h、24 h、3 d恶性肿瘤组各指标与良性肿瘤组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后高凝状态会进一步加重,到术后7 d会逐步恢复正常。

Change of coagulation function before and after surgery in patients with gynecological malignant tumor

Objective To discuss the changing of coagulation function before and after surgery in patients with gynecological malignant tumor. Methods Selected 60 cases with gynecological malignant tumor as study group, divided into malignant tumor and benign tumor group, and chose 30 healthy people as control group, vWF, GMP-140, thrombinantithrombin complex were detected and compared. Results Blood coagulation system molecular levels of study group before operation were higher than control group （P 〈 0.05）. vWF, GMP-140, TAT increased apparently 1 h and 24 h after operation. All index decreased 3 d after operation. All index of study group at 1 h, 24 h and 3 days had significant difference with control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Patients with gynecological malignant tumor hypercoagulable state aggravate after operation, after 7d, all index recovery.
