| 摘 要： | 城中村问题是城市化进程中出现的影响和谐社会建设和可持续发展的重要因素,严重影响医疗保障的有效性和社会卫生服务的均衡性。以广州白云区京溪社区为对象,开展以社区卫生服务促进“城中村”新型合作医疗改革的尝试,对于丰富城市公共卫生管理体制,完善卫生服务体系具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The problem of ‘village in city’ is a key factor that cumbers the sustainable developing of harmonious society, as well as destruct the balance and efficiency of health service system. The experiments of Jingxi district in Guangzhou on the reform of new cooperative medical care system which based on their district health service are practical and feasible to enrich and consummate the city health service and administration. |
