藏族人群apoB基因3′等位基因的多态性及血脂水平的分析

目的 研究我国藏族人群载脂蛋白Ｂ（ａｐｏＢ）基因３′端高可变区等位基因的多态性及其与血脂水平的关系。方法 采用聚合酶链反应和聚丙烯酰胺梯度凝胶是泳方法分析ＰＣＲ产物。结果 从９９份ＤＮＡ样品中分离到２０种等位基因，其频率分布呈双峰型（Ｂｉｉｍｏｄｅｌ）；以ＨＶＥ３２和ＨＶＥ３４最为常见。结论 藏族人群ａｐｏＢ基因３′高可变区（ＶＮＴＲ）等位基因多生既与重复单位的拷贝数不同有关，也与每一拷贝内的核苷

Polymorphisms of apoB gene 3 VNTR alleles and analysis of lipid level in Tibetan population
