| 摘 要： | 目的探讨正负压置换治疗鼻窦炎的操作及护理体会。方法采用负压吸引法使药液进入鼻窦,进行反复冲洗引流鼻窦分泌物及局部用药治疗。结果1012例患者治疗效果好,有效率达100%。结论正负压置换治疗操作简便,治疗效果好,无创伤,患者乐于接受。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the nursing experience and handling positive and negative pressure displacement to cure nasosinusitis. Methods To make drug fluid into nasal sinuses by positive and negative pressure suction, and drain the secretion of nasal sinuses by douching repeatly and make treatment of local medication. Result The 1 012 patients have good curative effect, the efficiency reaches to 100%. Conclusion The positive and negative pressure displacement handles simply, cures effectively and has no hurt, and is welcomed by patients. |
