银质针密集针刺治疗类风湿性关节炎顽固性关节疼痛效果比较

目的观察热银质针密集针刺治疗对类风湿关节炎(RA)患者顽固性关节疼痛及生存质量的影响。方法将266例RA伴有顽固性关节疼痛患者随机分为对照组和银质针治疗组,每组133例。对照组采用中成药口服,功能训练。银质针治疗组采用密集型热银质针,中成药口服和功能训练。2组治疗前后均采用VAS法评定疼痛程度,并采用SF-36量表评定生存质量。结果银质针治疗组疼痛程度评分及生存质量评分明显改善,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2组患者随访6～36个月,平均随访(29.75±8.26)个月,银质针治疗组疗效稳定,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论热银质针密集针刺加中成药口服治疗,可明显改善类风湿关节炎患者顽固性关节疼痛程度及生存质量,且远期疗效稳定。

The effects of closely concentric hot silver needle comprehensive therapy on joint links pain and quality of life in rheumatoid arthritis patients

Objective To observe the effects of closely concentric hot silver needle comprehensive therapy on joint links pain and quality of life in the rheumatoid arthritis patients. Method Two hundred and sixteen six patients with stubborn joint links pain of rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups： the control group （i.e, group Ⅰ ,133 cases） was treated with taking orally traditional Chinese drug, functional training; the silver needle group （i.e group Ⅱ ,133 cases） was subjected to closely concentric hold down point on pain hot silver needle, to administering orally of traditional Chinese drug and functional training; Pain was measured by visual analog scale （VAS） and the short-form 36 health survey scale （SF-36） was used to assess quality of life before and after the treatment. Result The pain and the score of life quality were all significantly improved in the group Ⅱ （P〈0.05）. Patients of both groups received follow-up for 6-36 months （averaged 29.75±s8.26 months）, the effects were stable in the group Ⅱ compared with group I （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Closely concentric point on pain hot silver needle comprehensive therapy has better effects in improving the pain and life quality in rheumatoid arthritis patients, and the long term effects is also stable.
