| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鸟氨酸-天门冬氨酸联合拉克替醇散治疗肝性脑病疗效。方法选择30例肝性脑病患者,在综合治疗的基础上,给鸟氨酸-天门冬氨酸每日20 g静脉滴注;拉克替醇散起始剂量20 g,每日3次口服或鼻饲,并根据病例个体化情况,调整剂量至每天排便2~3次,7~10天为一疗程。另选25例患者作为对照组,给予一般综合治疗,同时给谷氨酸钾每日18.9 g或谷氨酸钠每日11.5 g治疗7~10天。结果治疗组病死率明显下降,与对照组相比,有显著差异(2χ=4.03,P<0.05);在降低血氨及促进脑电图改善方面,两组也存在显著差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论鸟氨酸—天门冬氨酸联合拉克替醇散治疗慢性重型肝炎合并肝性脑病,疗效显著,值得临床应用。
