摘    要:[目的]利用基因芯片技术研究“益气调血,扶本培元”针法对快速老化小鼠(SAMP10)海马基因表达的影响。[方法]选取雄性8月龄快速老化小鼠(SAMP10)(分成针刺腧穴组,针刺非穴组,对照组)和同源正常老化小鼠(SAMR1),采用cDNAmicroarray技术,分析伴随快速老化SAMP10海马基因表达谱的变化以及针刺对其的影响。[结果]芯片结果显示,伴快速老化,P10海马共有7类10个基因的表达发生变化,8个基因表达下调,2个基因表达上调,施予“益气调血,扶本培元”针法后,所有与SAMP10快速老化相关基因的表达均被部分或全部的逆转,显示针刺具有特异性。[结论]“益气调血,扶本培元”针法能够良性调节脑老化相关基因的表达,并可能通过该种作用延缓脑衰老。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of acupuncture with Yiqi Tiaoxue benefiting qi and adjusting blood and Fuben Peiyuan Strenthening the body resistance and tonifying vital qi on the expression of hippocampus gene in accelerated aged mouse SAMP10 . Methods SAMP10 mice of 8 months were divided randomly into the acupuncture acupoint group,acupuncture non.acupoint group and control group normal animals,SAMR1 .The hippocampus gene expression in SAMP10 and the influence of acupuncture were analyzed by cDNA microarray technique. Result Seven categories,including ten genes,had changes of expression in P10 hippocampus.It was demonstrated that associated with following fast aging.Eight genes expression had up.regulation and two genes expression were down.regulated.After acupuncture with YiqiTiaoxue and FubenPeiyuan all the correlated changes of gene expression in P10 of aged mice was partly or totally reversed and possessed their specificity. Conclusion The acupuncture with YiqiTiaoxue and FubenPeiyuan may positively regulate the expression of aging.related gene of brain and postpone brain senility.
