胎儿脐膨出的产前超声检查价值分析

目的:分析胎儿脐膨出的产前超声检查价值。方法:回顾性分析19例胎儿脐膨出产前超声检查的图像特点及随访结果,并对相关结果进行统计学分析。结果:19例胎儿脐膨出中,超声检出18例(94.7%),漏诊1例(5.3%),其中小型脐膨出13例(68.4%),巨型脐膨出6例(31.6%)。本院引产11例、分娩3例,外院引产5例,均证实为脐膨出。检出时间:13例(68.4%)于孕14～27周检出;5例(26.3%)于孕28～37周检出;1例(5.3%)于孕29周时仅是检出为胎儿唇腭裂,分娩前的超声检查结果仍为唇腭裂,顺产后确定为脐膨出。结论:在胎儿脐膨出的临床诊断中,应用产前超声检查方法,正确检出率较高,具有较高的临床价值。

Value analysis of prenatal ultrasound examination of fetal omphalocele

Objective To analyze the value of prenatal ultrasound examination of fetal omphalocele.Method A retrospective analysis of 19 cases of fetal umbilical cord swelling produced before ultrasound image characteristics and follow-up results,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results 19 cases of fetal omphalocele,ultrasound detected 18 cases(94.7%),1 case was misdiagnosed(5.3%),in which the small omphalocele was 13 cases(68.4%),giant omphalocele was 6 cases(31.6%).The institute for induced labor was 11 cases,delivery was 3 cases,induced labor by outside hospital was 5 cases,and they were all confirmed as omphalocele.Detection time:13 cases(68.4%) in 14-27 weeks pregnant detection;5 cases(26.3%) in 28-37 weeks pregnant detection;1 case(5.3%) in 29 weeks of gestation is only detectable for fetal cleft lip and palate,before delivery of the ultrasound examination results for cleft lip and palate,birth later identified as omphalocele.Conclusion In clinical diagnosis of fetal omphalocele,application of prenatal ultrasonography methods′ correct detection rate is higher,and has a high clinical value.
