| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定田七痛经胶囊中原儿茶酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Inertsil C1s柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以乙腈-0．2％磷酸溶液（8：92）为流动相，检测波长为260nm。结果原儿茶酸进样量的线性范围为0．043～0．258μg，r=1．0000，平均加样回收率为99．29％，RSD=0．61％（n=6）。结论该方法线性关系良好、简便、准确、专属性强，可作为控制田七痛经胶囊药品质量的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the eontent determination of protocatechuic acid in Tianqitongjing Capsules. Methods The Inertsil C18（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile- 2% phosphoricacid（8 ： 92）. The detection wavelength was 260 nm. Results Protocatechuic acid showed good linearity（ r = 1. 000 0）within the range of 0. 043 - 0. 258 μg. The average recovery rate was 99.29% ,and RSD was 0.61% （n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and exclusive. It can be used for the equality control of Tianqitongjing Capsules. |
