9例外伤性脾破裂患者抢救围手术期护理配合体会

目的:总结外伤性脾破裂患者抢救围手术期护理配合具体措施、注意事项及护理体会,为今后发生的外伤性脾破裂患者的抢救护理配合奠定坚实理论基础。方法:对9例外伤性脾破裂患者抢救围手术期护理配合的相关资料进行回顾性分析。结果:12例患者通过我们与临床医师准确、及时的密切配合均抢救成功,术后无一例出现相关的并发症。结论:外伤性脾破裂患者在及时明确诊断的基础上,医护人员在抢救中密切配合是手术成功的关键、是患者赢得生命、恢复健康的重要举措。

Objective To summarize specific measures and nursing notes of traumatic rupture of the peri-operative care patients in an emergency,for future cases of traumatic rupture in the emergency care with a solid theoretical foundation.Method Retrospectively analyzed rescue-related data of 9 cases who had the traumatic rupture of perioperative care in our hospital from December 2007 to June 2011.Results 9 patients who were through our accurate and timely rescue,had no case-related complications.Conclusion Patients with traumatic rupture through timely diagnosis,rescue operation based on the medical staff in close coordination is the key to success to win the life of patients,an important measure to restore health.
