摘    要:目的观察肾移植手术中静脉注射环磷酸腺苷(美心力,cAMP)对术后肾功能的影响。方法肾移植患者62例,随机分为对照组和cAMP组,cAMP组静脉泵入美心力2.0 mg/(kg.h),对照组静脉泵入等量生理盐水,至手术完毕停止。记录两组患者术前、术后第1日、第3日、第7日的血胱抑素C(Cys C)、血清肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)的数值并作比较。结果 cAMP组术后胱抑素C(Cys C)、血清肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论肾移植患者术中应用cAMP可以改善肾移植患者术后肾功能。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of adenosine cyclophosphate(cAMP) on cystatin C、serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in operation of renal transplantation,search for a feasible way of reducing ischemia reperfusion injury of Kidney.Methods Sixty-two renal transplantation patients were randomly divided in to two groups,control group and cAMP group.The two groups were pumped intra-venously with equal volume of saline and cAMP 2.0 mg /(kg.h) from skin incision until the operation was completed.Two groups of patients with preoperative,postoperative first day,third day,seventh of the value of serum cystatin C(Cys C),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN) were recorded,and then compared the numerical.Results Adenosine cyclophosphate group cystatin C(Cys C),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN) was significantly lower than that of control group after operative(P 0.05).Conclusion In kidney transplantation patients by Adenosine cyclophosphate can enhance the cAMP level in the blood,thus reducing renal ischemia reperfusion injury in patients with Perioperative period to spend.
