工娱疗对住院慢性精神分裂症患者的效果

目的：观察工娱疗对住院慢性精神分裂症患者的康复作用。方法：78例住院慢性精神分裂症患者开展工娱疗活动，并使用阴性症状量表(SANS)和住院精神病患者康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)记分评定，观察其效果。结果：治疗8个月后78例患者SANS总分减分值与治疗前比较差异有显著性，各因子分中除“情感平淡或迟钝”及“注意障碍”项外，其余与治疗前比较差异有显著性；IPROS总分减分值治疗前后比较差异有显著性，各因子分除“讲究卫生”比较外，其余与治疗前比较差异有显著性。结论：工娱疗对住院慢性精神分裂症患者的阴性症状和社会生活功能有一定的改善作用。

Clinical Trial of Occupational and Recreation Activities in the Treatment of Chronic Schizophrenic Inpatients

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of occupational and recreation activities in rehabilitation of chronic schizophrenic inpatients. Methods: Seventy eight cases selected from chronic schizophrenic inpatients were evaluated with the scale for assessment of negative symptoms (SANS) and the scale impatient psychiatric rehabilitation outcome (IPROS), and accepted treatment for 8 months. Results: After treatment the total scores of SANS and IPROS and all of its factor scores except apathy or emotional blunting,attentional defecting, and hygiene were significantly decreased. Conclusion: Hospitalized occupational and recreation activities could improve psychiatric symptoms in chronic schizophrenia and ability to social livelihood to varying degrees.
