银杏叶提取液对缺血皮瓣保护作用的实验研究

目的 旨在探讨银杏叶提取液对缺血皮瓣血循环重建和缺血皮瓣的保护作用。方法 将大白鼠分为银杏叶提取液组(A组)和对照组(B组)，背部制作典型缺血皮瓣，术后6、12、24h取皮瓣组织分别到定SOD和MDA含量，术后7d计算皮瓣存活面积比、单位面积微血管计数。结果 A组皮瓣存活面积明显高于B组。单位面积微血管计数A组显著多于B组。A、B组在术后各时点与注射前相比，皮瓣中SOD含量均显著降低(P＜0、01)，且随时间延长其含量更低，而MDA含量均显著升高(P＜。0．01)，随时间延长其含量升高；而在同一时点上，A组皮瓣中SOD含量显著低于B组(P＜0．05)，而MDA含量则显著高于B组(P＜0.05)。结论 银杏叶提取液能促进缺血皮瓣的血运重建．促进缺血皮瓣存活.

An experimental study on the protective effects of Ginko Biloba extract on ischemic skin flap

Objective To research the protective effect and reconstruction of the micro circulation of Ginko Biloba Extract on ischemic skin flap. Methods Sixty five rats were divided into two groups- Ginko Biloba extract group(A group) and control group(B group). The typical ischemic skin flap was made on the dorsum of rats. The contents of SOD and MDA on the flaps harvested postoperatively at 6,12 and 24 hours were determined. The ratio of the salvaging skin flap and the calculation of the micro vessels per cm 2 were taken. Results The area of salvaging skin flap in A group is larger than that in B group and the calculation of the micro vessels per unit in A group is much more than that in B group. The SOD content of the flap in both group decreases remarkably, but MDA content increases significantly. In the same time post operation, the SOD content of the flap in A group is much less than that in B group, contrarily the MDA level more than that in B group. Conclusion Ginko Biloba Extract could promote the reconstruction of micro circulation of the ischemic skin flap and increase the salvage of the flap.
