《内经》疾病传变理论探析

对《内经》有关疾病传变理论进行探讨 ,认为主要分外感、内伤两大类 ,外感病有表里传变、经脉传变等形式 ,内伤病则有五脏之间按五行生克乘侮规律传变、脏腑之间通过表里络属关系相传、五体病久内传所合之脏、六腑之间相互传变等形式 ;疾病的传变过程和转归与邪正盛衰及人体生命节律之间存在着一定的关系。

An Exploration on Disease Transformation Described in Canon of Medicine

This paper presents discussions on the theories of disease transformation described in Canon of Medicine, dealing mainly with the two kinds of transformation, i.e. exogenous invasion and internal damage. The former includes such forms as transmission of the diseases from the exterior to the interior and transmission through the meridians; the latter includes such forms as transmission of the diseases among the five zang organs according to the relationship among the five elements, transmission between zang and fu organs according to the internal-external relationship between them, transmission among zang and fu organs due to chronic diseases of the five body constituents, etc. The transformation and development of the diseases is related to the relative strength between the body's anti-pathogenic factors and pathogenic factors and the life rhythm.
