人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折疗效分析

目的观察人工髋关节置换治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院2005年4月至2009年4月采用加长柄型人工半髋关节置换术治疗高龄转子间骨折患者40例,并进行随访分析。结果所有患者在术后3～5 d下地负重行走,院内死亡1例,其余39例患者于1～4周出院,术后肢体功能恢复满意,无严重并发症发生。结论高龄转子间骨折患者,多伴有严重骨质疏松及多系统疾病,人工髋关节置换可以早期下地负重、促进肢体功能恢复、减少术后发症、提高生活质量,是高龄转子间骨折治疗的一种良好方法。

Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fractures in Elderly Patients with Cemented Bipolar Prosthetic Replacement
