应用间苯三酚治疗宫颈水肿的疗效分析

目的：观察和分析间苯三酚用于治疗宫颈水肿的疗效。方法：将2009年6月～2011年1月在本院分娩过程中发生宫颈水肿的孕妇共192例随机分为A、B、C三组。A组给予间苯三酚肌注,B组予间苯三酚肌注、地西泮静推,C组给予利多卡因和阿托品宫颈水肿局部注射。观察并比较各组宫颈水肿消退情况、剖宫产率、产后出血及新生儿窒息情况。结果：给药后,A、B两组宫颈水肿治疗有效率均高于C组,A、B两组阴道分娩率高于C组,剖宫产率低于C组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。A组宫颈水肿治疗有效率高于B组,阴道分娩率高于B组,剖宫产率低于B组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。三组之间产后出血及新生儿窒息情况未见明显差异。结论：应用间苯三酚治疗产时宫颈水肿,可明显减轻水肿,加速宫颈扩张,缩短产程,降低剖宫产率。

Analysis of therapeutic effects of Phloroglucinol for cervical edema
