| 摘 要： | 目的评价加长型股骨近端髓内钉-抗螺旋刀片(PFNA)治疗股骨粗隆周围骨折合并股骨干骨折的疗效。方法自2006年10月～2009年6月,采用加长型PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折合并股骨干骨折7例,股骨粗隆下骨折合并股骨干骨折5例,评价术后骨折复位、骨折愈合与患肢功能恢复情况。结果术后随访16～25个月,平均20.2个月。期间5例患者术后拔除远端静力孔锁钉。术后X线片示所有患者骨折复位良好,粗隆周围骨折及股骨干骨折均愈合,未出现骨折移位、内固定松动及髋内翻。Harris髋评分,优9例,良3例。结论加长型PFNA设计合理、微创操作、固定可靠,是治疗股骨粗隆周围骨折合并股骨干骨折理想的内固定物。
