武汉市某高校卫生管理专业本科生综合素质需求调查

目的：分析卫生事业管理专业本科毕业生和用人单位对学生综合素质的需求，提出提高卫管专业学生综合素质的对策。方法：通过对本科毕业生和用人单位的问卷调查，运用SPSS12．0进行统计分析。结果：该专业目前开设的医学必修课得到毕业生的基本认可；80％以上的毕业生认为基础学科课程中的英语、计算机、医学文献检索十分重要；专业基础必修课的认可率都超过50％，平均为78．9％；不同类型单位的毕业生均认为人际关系、礼仪学、办公设备与软件使用、社会调查与分析应作为必修课开设。责任感和敬业精神、职业道德和信誉、人际沟通能力、合作精神和全局观念是用人单位最为看重的基本素质；沟通协调能力、公文写作和计划管理能力是用人单位最重视的专业素质。结论：增强社会责任感、职业道德和信誉教育；突出专业特色，注重综合能力培养；确立应用型人才培养目标，兼顾研究型人才的发展。

Investigation on Needs of the Overall Quality of Health Management in a University Undergraduate of the Wuhan City
