| 摘 要： | 目的检测漯河地区食管癌患者中人乳头状瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染情况,探讨HPV感染与我国河南省漯河地区食管癌发生的相关性。方法应用HPV L1通用引物GP5+/6+、HPV16E6和HPV18E6型特异性引物多聚酶链反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)检测漯河地区食管癌组织中HPV存在状况。结果 115例食管癌组织中,86例检测到HPV阳性,阳性率为74.8%;其中56例检测到HPV16E6基因,阳性率为48.7%;20例检测到HPV18E6基因,阳性率为17.4%;12例HPV16E6和HPV18E6基因均阳性为混合感染。结论我国河南省漯河地区食管癌与HPV DNA感染存在相关性,并且HPV感染可能是食管癌发生的重要因素之一。
