| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期采用呼吸干预-机械通气救治严重胸脑伤伴多发伤的临床经验,以提高救治效果。方法回顾性分析2008年7月至2011年3月我科收治的198例外伤患者中28例严重胸脑伤伴多发伤患者的临床资料。结果救治成功24例,死亡4例(含家属放弃救治自动出院2例)。结论早期呼吸干预-机械通气是提高救治成功率的重要措施。
