| 摘 要： | 目的：观察无张力修补术对腹股沟疝的疗效、复发率及并发症情况。方法：将2009年12月~2010年12月收治的84例腹股沟疝患者随机分为观察组（给予无张力修补术治疗）与对照组（给予传统修补术治疗）,每组各42例,比较两组的疗效、复发率及并发症情况。结果：与对照组比较,观察组术中出血量少,术后下床活动时间早,住院时间短,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。两组并发症比较,观察组的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。术后3、6、12个月观察组复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝操作简单、并发症少、复发率低,患者痛苦少、恢复快,值得临床推广和应用。
