| 摘 要： | 心力衰竭(心衰)和心房颤动(房颤)是心血管病中最常见的两种疾病,两者常常并存和相互促进加重,形成恶性循环,从而加重患者的病情。因持续性房颤合并心衰患者抗心律失常药物治疗效果有限,近年已转移至非药物治疗策略,包括心脏再同步化治疗和房颤的导管消融治疗。因持续性房颤合并心衰患者预后差,需要采取积极有效的措施治疗,导管消融可能是一种有效的治疗手段。
