小肝综合征的研究进展

小肝综合征是肝肿瘤切除、活体部分肝移植术后最严重的并发症,是影响其预后的重要因素,发病机制尚未完全清楚。小肝综合征的发生与多种因素有关,如移植物大小、潜在病变、再生能力、流入道、流出道情况和受者病情轻重等。其严重后果越来越受到肝胆外科专家的重视,而且这方面的基础研究和临床研究越来越深入。现就扩大移植肝体积、降低门静脉灌流、流出道重建等防治策略进行综述。
