| 摘 要： | 目的分析2009年昆明地区肠道病毒71型分离株VP1的遗传特征。方法采用反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法从Vero细胞分离的病毒株基因组中扩增出VP1基因,并测序;分别用Mega4.1软件分析其遗传特征。结果中国昆明分离到的6株肠道病毒71型VP1基因的核苷酸和氨基酸同源性为95.4%～97.9%和97.3%～99.7%,与其他C基因型C1、C2、C3和C5的VP1的同源性为87.9%～89.1%和98.3%～99.1%,而与C4基因型的同源型为92.6%～98.5%和97.0%～99.7%,与SHZH98的同源性最低为92.6%和97.0%,与其他基因型的同源性为82.7%～84.6%和96.0%～97.6%。结论 2009年云南昆明流行的肠道病毒71型均为C4基因型;其VP1基因保守性较好。
