| 摘 要： | 孤立性肺结节（SPN）是影像学诊断的难点,但其定性诊断至关重要。CT能对大部分结节做出定性诊断,但对一部分结节仍诊断困难。正电子发射体层摄影术（PET）作为一种新的成像方式,能提供结节的代谢信息,在SPN的诊断与鉴别中显示出很高的敏感性及准确性;而PET/CT综合SPN的代谢及形态信息,进一步提高了诊断准确性。
