彩色多普勒超声检查对涎腺肿块的诊断价值

目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声检查对涎腺肿块的诊断价值。方法：收集彩超高频探头检查并经穿刺活检或手术病理证实的涎腺肿块66例,分析其声像图表现,与病理作对照,并和CT检查作对比。结果：二维超声对病灶的检出率为100.0%;良性判断符合率为81.3%,恶性判断符合率为72.2%,总符合率为78.8%;良性判断误诊率为18.7%,恶性判断误诊率为27.8%,总误诊率为21.2%;与CT检查比较无明显差异。结论：以二维声像图为基础,结合肿块质地和活动度等相关信息,参考彩色多普勒血流成像术及频谱多普勒测值,彩色多普勒超声检查对涎腺肿块具有重要价值,是首选的影像学检查方法。

The diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the salivary gland masses
