| 摘 要： | 目的总结3000例腹腔镜胆囊切除术的治疗经验。方法对3000例腹腔镜胆囊切除术进行回顾性总结。结果腹腔镜胆囊切除术3000例，发生并发症14例，胆管损伤1例，胆瘘3例，腹腔出血8例，胆总管残余结石2例。结论严格掌握手术适应证，术中操作精细，适时中转开腹，是防止并发症发生的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of 3000 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC）. Methods 3 000 cases receiving LC were retrospectively analyzed. Rescults There were 3 000 cases of LC, 14 cases occured complications, 1 case was bile duct injury,3 cases were biliary fistula, 8 cases were intraperitoneal hemorrhage and 2 cases were choledochus retained calculus from Feb. 2001 to Feb. 2011. Conclusion Stricdy grasping operation indication, carefully intraoperative handling and timely conversion to open surgery are the keys to avoid severe complication. |
