| 摘 要： | 目的：提高萹蓄配方颗粒的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法鉴别萹蓄,高效液相色谱法测定杨梅苷含量。结果：薄层色谱鉴别中,在供试品与萹蓄对照药材色谱相应的位置上,显相同的荧光斑点;含量测定中,杨梅苷在0.01～0.10 mg/ml（r=0.999 6）呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为100.25%,RSD=2.1%（n=9）;各阴性均无干扰。结论：所建立的质量标准可以作为萹蓄配方颗粒的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the quality standard of Granule of Bianxu Extract.Methods:Polygoni avicularis herba was identified by TLC,and the content of Myricitrin was determined by HPLC.Results:The TLC spots of the product and the Polygoni avicularis herba control medicine were fairly clear and distinguishable in the corresponding place,the linear range of Myricitrin was within 0.01-0.10 mg/ml(r=0.999 6).The average recovery was 100.25% with RSD of 2.1%(n=9).The results of TLC and HPLC could not be interfered by ... |
