| 摘 要： | 消化系肿瘤是临床上最常见的恶性肿瘤,是多种基因联合作用的结果。Livin作为凋亡抑制蛋白家族的新的一员,能直接抑制凋亡的核心物质caspase蛋白酶的活性,从而抑制细胞凋亡。Livin在消化系恶性肿瘤中呈高表达,与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。以Livin为靶点的基因治疗为消化系肿瘤的治疗提供了一个新的方向。现对Livin的分子结构、作用机制及其在消化道肿瘤中的研究进展等方面进行综述。

| Abstract: | Gastrointestinal cancer is the most common malignant tumor clinically,is the result of combined effects of multiple genes.Livin,as a new member of apoptosis inhibitor protein family,can directly inhibit the activity of caspase,thereby inhibiting apoptosis.Livin in the Gastrointestinal malignant tumors was highly expressed,and is closely related to tumor development.The anti-tumor gene therapy targeting Livin provides a new direction for the treatment of gastrointestinal tumors.Here is to review the recent a... |
