| 摘 要： | 胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)是消化道最常见的间叶源性肿瘤,其生物学行为多变,临床治疗的关键是根据肿瘤不同的生物学行为制订个体化治疗方案。手术治疗及药物靶向治疗是GIST的主要治疗方法。但如何选择手术治疗或靶向药物治疗以及如何把握两者联合治疗,至今仍有争论,尚需进一步探讨。现结合国内外对GIST治疗的最新研究进展予以综述。

| Abstract: | Gastrointestinal stromal tumour（GIST）is the most common gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumor,the key of the clinical treatment of which is customized therapies due to its diversified biological behaviors.Surgical treatment and targeted drug treatment are main GIST treatments.However there′s still controversy as to how to choose surgical treatment or targeted therapy or the combination of the two in patients,which need further exploration.Here is to review the most recent research developments of GIST treatment in and out of China. |
