| 摘 要： | 目的：了解公立医院行政管理人员职业生涯规划管理的现状及影响因素,为医院行政管理人员的职业生涯发展提供依据。方法：采用自行编制的调查表对广州、北京、上海、江苏等省（市）的12家公立医院174名行政管理人员职业生涯规划管理情况进行调查。结果：不同学历、职务的行政管理人员工作岗位感知得分和职业生涯规划管理得分有统计学差异。结论：医院行政管理人员的职业生涯规划管理处于萌芽阶段,医院应逐步建立完善的行政管理人员职业生涯管理体系,针对不同人群进行差异性职业生涯规划管理。 |
