| 摘 要： | 目的评价64层螺旋CT进行诊断冠状动脉狭窄性病变的准确性。方法自2009年1月至2011年1月对40例临床可疑冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的患者行64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查,并进行横断面重建。结果 64层螺旋CT能提供优良图像。对冠状动脉≥50%狭窄的检出准确度为97.5%。结论 64层螺旋CT是一种无创、快速的成像方法,对诊断冠状动脉狭窄有较高的准确性。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT coronary imaging of coronary artery stenosis.Methods 64-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging was done on 40 cases of suspected coronary artery disease accepted by our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011,cross-section rebuild was done as well.Results The 64-slice spiral CT provided an excellent images for analysis,with a coronary artery stenosis detection rate of ≥50%,accuracy 97.5%.Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT is a non-invasive,rapid imaging method with high accuracy in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis. |
