摘    要:目的:探讨喉癌的CT表现及三维重建技术在外科手术的应用价值,提高对该病的CT诊断和治疗水平。方法:回顾性分析57例经手术病理证实的喉癌的CT表现。对57例资料在工作站进行VR、MPR和CTVE后处理。结果:①57例中病变部位在声门区32例,声门上区19例,声门下区2例,跨声门区4例;CT清晰显示病变形态呈结节状、菜花状、不规则形及巨块形;②MPR冠状位和矢状位图像可沿喉腔长轴观察肿块与喉腔的关系。VR可显示肿瘤基底的范围和光滑度等情况;从三维角度观察肿块与喉腔的形态。CTVE可以从不同角度显示肿瘤的大小、形态、肿瘤表面情况及喉腔狭窄程度。结论:CT检查对喉癌的检出和术前诊断具有重要价值,三维重建技术可以为手术治疗提供重要依据。

Abstract:Objective:To study the CT manifestations of laryngeal cancer and to explore the clinical value of post-processing.Methods:CT features of 57 patients with laryngeal cancer proved pathologically were retrospectively analyzed.VR,MPR and CTVE were reformed on the workstation.Results:① Among CT images of 57 cases,the location of the lessions were glottic part in 32 cases,supra glottic part in 19 cases,hypoglottic part in 2 cases and whole glottic in 4 cases.The shape of laryngeal cancer presented nodular,cauliflower form,irregular and huge mass;② The relationship between tumor and the laryngeal cavity could be observed on MPR coronal and sagittal reformatted images along the long axis of laryngeal cavity.VR image could show the range and smoothness of the tumor base,and the connection between the mass and laryngeal cavity could be observed in different angle.CTVE could show the size,shape,and the surface of tumor,and the laryngeal cavity narrowing as well.Conclusion:There was great value in diagnosing laryngeal cancer by CT.The post-processing was helpful for the operation.
