| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者髓内钉固定的优势与不足。方法回顾性分析2005年7月至2008年12月期间在我院进行髓内钉治疗的70岁以上股骨粗隆间骨折患者43例的临床资料,并统计骨折愈合时间及术后并发症。结果患者随访4～45个月,平均17个月,骨折愈合时间70～120 d,平均92 d,无骨不连。并发症:术中发生粗隆下骨折2例,给予改用加长型髓内钉固定,骨折愈合;深静脉血栓6例。结论优势:操作相对容易,出血量少,相对安全稳定,适应症更宽。不足:术中操作依赖透视机,术中新发骨折概率偏高,且有可能造成固定困难,手术创伤加大、风险增加。
