| 摘 要： | 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)是一种以睡眠中反复呼吸停顿为特征的临床常见病,是多种全身疾病的独立危险因素。OSAHS的发生、发展与年龄、体质量、性别、肥胖及胰岛素抵抗等多种因素密切相关。近年来很多研究指出,OSAHS与2型糖尿病的发生存在重要的临床、流行病学和公共卫生学联系,其中主要影响胰岛素抵抗的发生,进而引起及加速了2型糖尿病的发生发展。在此对肥胖及胰岛素抵抗与OSAHS的关系进行初步探讨。
